Pasture-Raised Beef: Make Friends With Your Meat

As a follow up to our post on Pasture Raised Vs. Feed Lot Beef (part 1 and part 2), I though I’d share this info on the basics and benefits of pasture-raised beef. I don’t know about you, but I get confused by all the different names for different cuts of beef and where they come from on the moo. It is muy handy to have a butcher help me out with these decisions, but at the end of the day, I need to know, if not just to sound fancy at parties.  Please enjoy this infographic, and may the meat be with you!

I love this! (and awesome graphics!) I was very beef ignorant until 5 minutes ago. Wow – love the grass-fed beef Omega-3 boost and less fat!
